Shipping charges are determined by the dollar amount of your order. These charges are calculated before taxes.  At this time, we only ship items within the United States, Bahamas and Canada. 

All items are shipped via U.S.P.S., or FedEx Ground or Home Delivery.

Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive within 3-7 business days. Standard delivery is not available Saturday or Sunday.

We will not ship to P.O. boxes by FedEx.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 72 hours (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending card authorization and verification.

Our Return Policy is as follows:

Lingerie and Shoes
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, call or send an email to receive an authorization number.  The item(s) MUST be returned within 10 days of the shipping date in unworn with all tags attached, perfect condition, accompanied with the original purchase receipt and authorization number for an exchange only.  Shoes cannot be scuffed. Unauthorized exchanges will be refused and returned to sender.  Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage.

Sale and Clearance merchandise
All sales are final. No refunds.

Shapewear and Panties/Thongs
All sales are final. Federal Health regulations prevent us from exchanging any merchandise that comes in contact with male or female genitalia for your safety. (Note: If merchandise is defective please contact us we will exchange only no refunds).

Adult Products and Novelties
No returns for the obvious reasons (Note: If merchandise is defective please contact us we will exchange only no refunds).

Books
No return, no exchange for the obvious reasons.

We will promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you receive an email confirmation.  Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment.
