Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We offer fast and easy ways to purchase our items. We gladly accepts the following forms of payment: Visa and MasterCard. Unfortunately we do not accept money orders or checks.

Q. What if I change my mind?
A. If you wish to request an order change or cancel an order, please call us or send an email within two (2) hours of placing your order. Cancellations requested beyond the two hour time frame will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. When you contact us to request an order change or to make a cancellation, please include your name, address, phone number and order number. We cannot accept cancellations one the items are shipped.

Q. Do you offer discrete shopping?
A. We ship all our products in discrete packaging with no reference of the word "Lingerie". The return address label will state "Order Department".

Q. What happens if my order is delayed?
A. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail within 24 hours. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Prices and availability are subject to change prior to shipment. Should this occur, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel the order.

Q. Do you have a newsletter I can subscribe to?
A.  We sure do!  You may sign us for our newsletter here.

Q. What is your office contact information?
A.  We are open Monday through Saturday 10:00 to 7:00 pm PST. Closed on Sunday. Our online store is open 24 Hours, 365 days a year.
